The Homeowner's AssociationSilver Ridge Homeowners' Association is a not-for-profit Florida corporation. The HOA's members are the people who own the 442 homes in our subdivision. The Board of DirectorsThe HOA is guided by our Board of Directors, which consists of 5 Directors elected by the members of the HOA at the General Meeting/Election held annually March. The Board volunteers their time to support and manage the association's business pursuant to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions that govern the Silver Ridge community. The Board determines the budget, policies and priorities of the HOA. The Officers are elected by the Board at the first Board meeting following the General Meeting/Election. The President must be a Director.
