Charter Documents

The Silver Ridge Homeowners' Association is founded and governed by three charter documents:
     Articles of Incorporation - states the name and purpose of the HOA
     By-Laws - rules about the Directors, Officers and meetings
     Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions - rules governing how
           property owners may use their homes and lots

Home Improvement Request Form

Requests to alter the exterior appearance of any existing structure in the subdivision must be submitted in writing to the Architectural Control Committee. The ACC reviews the requests at the next meeting and strives to respond within 30 days.
