Architectural Control Committee

The ACC is responsible for reviewing all requests to construct or alter any building, fence, wall or structure in Silver Ridge. They must determine whether the requested change is in harmony with the exterior design and color of existing structures, the topography of the surrounding grounds and in compliance with the minimum construction standards of Silver Ridge. The ACC has the full, complete and sole authority to approve construction of any improvements on any lot, as well as any exterior color alterations on all existing or proposed structures in Silver Ridge.

Requests to alter the exterior appearance of any existing structure in the subdivision must be submitted in writing to the Architectural Control Committee. Home Improvement Request Forms are available here. The ACC reviews the requests at the next meeting and strives to respond within 30 days.
