The Property Manager
The Silver Ridge Homeowner's Association employs Top Notch Realty Services, Inc. to handle the day-to-day operations of the
HOA under the guidance of the Directors and Officers. Top Notch manages Silver Ridge's affairs related to sub-contracting vendors
to maintain the association’s common property (i.e. retention ponds, front entrance), enforcing the governing deed restrictions,
and supporting the board and annual meetings.
