b.      7650 Warden Dr, received 1/16/02 (originally submitted 01/06/02, returned by ACC for more info). Paint color: base white, trim blue (several blue samples provided.)

c.       7648 Colebrook Drive, received 02/13/02. Installation of shed in back yard.
