ACC Meeting 26 April 2001

· Call to Order 7:15. Members in attendance: Joe Escalante, Tony Greene, Eric Oelschlager

· ACC minutes read. Motion to accept was approved

· All documents to read "ACC", to be consistent with Association's charter documents.

· Review of pending Applications for Improvement:

· 7601 Colebrook:

· addition – motion to approve by Joe. Motion approved unanimously.

· Paining – Tony motion to disapprove due to original paint sample not available at time of meeting. (not provided by management?) Motion approved unanimously.

· 7505 Bordwine – Eric motioned to approve request for landscape curbing. Motion approved unanimously.

· 7642 Colebrook – base color contemporary white, trim antique white. Joe motioned to approve request. Eric seconded. Motion approved.

· 7670 Havenford –request for privacy fence. Tony motioned to disapprove, due to lack of ACC request form accompanying sketch, and details of project – fence only or concrete slab?. Joe seconded motion. Motion approved unanimously.

· Old business – ACC request form improvements – Joe has collected Orange County building request forms to gather ideas for our form. Joe will work up sample forms for next meeting.

· Eric motioned to adjourn ACC meeting. Tony seconded. Motion approved unanimously.
