ACC MEETING/REPORT MINUTES

24-25 May 2001

 

q       Meeting called to order at 7:40 PM

q       Members in attendance: Tony Harrell and Tony Greene

q       Members inputs by email proxy: Joe Escalante and Eric Oelschlager

q       Review of pending Request For Home Improvement Approval

o       7601 Colebrook Drive:

§         Painting - based on proxy comments, review of sample and visit to residence, the body motioned to approve.

§         10 X 8 Storage Shed - based on proxy comments and visit to residence, the body motioned to approve.

o       7667 Havenford Court:

§         Awning color – based on proxy comments and visit to the residence, the body motioned to disapprove because color (orange) is outside the acceptable range of colors.  Please resubmit a new accent color for consideration.

o       3012 Danforth Drive:

§         Roof Repair - based on proxy comments and visit to residence, the body motioned to approve.

o       2834 St. Clair Court:

§         Painting of Front Door - based on proxy comments and visit to residence, the body motioned to approve even though the door color is a darker shade of blue then the rest of the house.  However, in the future the committee request that paint samples be provided for consideration prior to starting any painting project, to alleviate additional expenses due to the repainting unacceptable colors.

o                    7702 Colebrook Drive:

§         Painting - based on proxy comments and visit to residence, the body motioned to approve.

o                    7451 Bordwine Drive:

§         Screen Enclosed Pool - the body motioned to approve.

o                    2908 Danforth Drive:

§         Deck - based on visit to residence, the body motioned to approve.

q       Meeting ACC adjourned at 8:40 PM

q       A community drive through was conducted on 25 May to review requests for further validation and consideration.  The above report reflects the position of the ACC for the aforementioned Request for Home Improvement Approval applications.
