MINUTES

ACC Meeting 20 September 2001

· ACC met at the Orange County Public Library, N. Hiawassee Rd.

· Call to Order 7:20pm by ACC chair Eric Oelschlager. Members in attendance: Matt Steinhoff, Eric Oelschlager, Joe Escalante (by email proxy)

· Prepared minutes from previous meeting were not available.

· Review of pending Applications for Improvement:

· 2641 Staley Ct: removal of dead palm trees – motion to approve by Matt. Seconded by Eric. Joe Escalante stated (via email) that he had no objections to the request. Motion approved unanimously.

· Old business – Association management does not seem to be aware of decisions from previous ACC meeting. Eric to resend the results from that meeting.

· Matt motioned to adjourn ACC meeting. Eric seconded. Motion approved unanimously.
