MINUTES

ACC Meeting 19 November 2001

· ACC met at the Orange County Public Library, Silver Star & Clarke Rds, Ocoee.

· Call to Order 7:10pm by ACC chair Eric Oelschlager. ACC Members in attendance: Matt Steinhoff, Eric Oelschlager, Joe Escalante, Yvonne Sabater, Sharon Miles, Tony Harrell. Also attending was homeowner Timothy Wata (7651 Eldorado Ct.)

· Prepared minutes from previous meeting were not reviewed.

· Review of pending Applications for Improvement:

· 7651 Eldorado Ct. - expand patio slab and build screen room. Mr. Wata provided a new application to replace application dated 10/27/01. Motion to approve the request was seconded and approved unanimously.

· 7624 Colebrook - screen room. Application dated 10/28/01. Matt Steinhoff motioned to approve the request, seconded by Yvonne, approved unanimously.

· 7653 Dundas - exterior paint color change. Application dated 11/07/01. Matt motioned to approve, Yvonne seconded, approved unanimously.

· New business

· Joe motioned to update the "Request for Home Improvement Approval" form to require applicants provide a minimum 2" by 2" color samples, when requesting paint color approval. This is to ensure paint samples are large enough to represent the paint color accurately. Motion seconded by Matt, approved unanimously.

· Matt motioned that ACC review deed restrictions violations found during inspection 10/26/01, select 30 priority cases (specific violators) and provide this list to the Association Board, requesting that the Board concentrate on enforcing these "major" problems. Yvonne seconded the motion, approved unanimously.
