MINUTES

ACC Meeting 21 March 2002

Orange County Public Library, North Hiawassee Rd, Orlando, FL.

I. Call to Order 7:15pm by ACC chair Eric Oelschlager. ACC Members in attendance: Joe Escalante, Tony Harrell, Sharon Miles, and Eric Oelschlager.

II. Proof of Notice: notice was posted at the community entrance signs and the Association’s web site.

III. Minutes: Miles motioned to accept the minutes submitted for the ACC meeting of 12/13/02. Harrell seconded the motion, no discussion, motion passed unanimously.

IV. Review of pending Applications for Improvement:

a. 2808 Salter Court - request dated 1/08/2002 for paint color change.
Miles motioned to recommend the home owner paint the garage and side door cream color. Motion was tabled, and decision deferred to allow ACC members to inspect the property and email opinions to ACC chairman.

V. Next ACC meeting is scheduled 4/18/2002.

VI. Adjournment: Miles motioned to adjourn the meeting.. Tony Harrell seconded the motion, and it was approved unanimously.
