MINUTES

ACC Meeting 18 April 2002

Location: 7354 Bordwine Drive, Orlando, FL.

I. Call to Order by ACC chair Eric Oelschlager. ACC Members in attendance: Joe Escalante, Tony Harrell, Eric Oelschlager, and Tony Greene (ad-hoc, non-voting).

II. Proof of Notice: notice was posted on the Association’s web site on 4/16, and at the community entrance signs on 4/17.

III. Minutes: Prepared minutes for the ACC meeting of 03/21/02 were not available.

IV. Old Business:

a. 2808 Salter Court - request dated 1/08/2002 for paint color change.
Escalante motioned to accept the repaint improvements as completed. Harrell seconded, and the motion was approved unanimously.

V. Review of pending Applications for Improvement:

a. 2938 Silver Ridge Dr, received 03/20/02 - Patio slab expansion and screen room.
Escalante motioned to approve. Harrell seconded, approved unanimously.

b. 2737 Foxwood Ct., received 03/30/02 - Patio slab expansion and screen room.
Escalante motioned to approve. Seconded by Harrell, approved unanimously.

c. 3060 Golden Rock Dr, received 04/02/02 - repainting using existing colors.
Harrell motioned to inspect existing colors for acceptability, since no paint samples were provided with the request. Escalante seconded, and the motion was approved.

d. 7402 Bordwine Dr, received 04/08/02 - repainting trim, samples attached.
Escalante motioned to approve sample provided, as the trim color only. Seconded by Harrell, approved unanimously.

VI. Next ACC meeting is scheduled 5/16/2002.

VII. Adjournment: Oelschlager motioned to adjourn the meeting. Motion was approved unanimously.
