Call to order – 7:38 pm by Tony Greene

Minutes from 24 January 2001 meeting accepted

First order of business: 7600 Colebrook Drive - Recommendation of lawyers and property managers that the approval be rescinded until the changes in the survey set configuration are made

Motion made by Johnny Greene to take advice of the HOA property manager and attorney. Motion seconded by Eric Oelschlager. Motion carried.

Second Motion – is to send a letter from (7600 Colebrook Drive) ACC to let homeowner know ACC decision. Motion by Johnny Greene. Matt Steinhoff seconds motion. Motion carried.

Discussion on separating the Deed violations from ACC violations in the database created. It was determined that the database will remain as is and that the committees will use it as the baseline and/or reference after the amnesty period is completed to document violators and to request Management Company provide previous ACC approval information for questionable units/violators if available.

ACC Violation Notification Process

1. Mgt. Co. sends letter for (ACC violation)
2. NIC sends letter for (AC violation)
3. Management Co sends letter (certified)
4. Matter turned over to attorney. Demand letter from attorney sent (photo taken)

Members are to review ACC form to aid in a discussion for next meeting. Joe and Eric will try to come up with a proper title.

Motion – to re-send the ACC "Amnesty" memo along with a copy of the ACC form. (Request for home improvement approval form) Motion made by Tony. Motion seconded by Joe. Motion carries.
