1. Motion to disposition old association equipment by either using items as door prizes or auctioning items at the 28 March Annual meeting
1. One (1) 486-25-SX PC, 4MB RAM, 120MB hard drive, with 14" monitor
2. One (1) 17" (wide carriage) dot matrix printer
3. One (1) Canon PC-6RE personal copier
4. One (1) Polaroid instant camera
2. Motion to request bids for quotes to clean the front entrance wall
3. Motion to request bids for retention pond fences at both the Silver Ridge and the Danforth retention ponds
4. Motion to request bids for audit of Don Asher’s financial records for the association for the past twelve (12) months
5. Motion to adopt Association’s Mission Statement and 2002 Goals
