CALL TO ORDER: JOHNNY GREENE CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER AT 7:05 P.M. PRESENT WERE: JOHNNY GREENE, ERIC OELSCHLAGER, LINDA HARRELL -BOARD OF DIRECTORS, SHAWN THORNTON FROM DON ASHER & ASSOCIATES, INC.

PROOF OF NOTICE: SHAWN THORNTON SENT THE NOTICE OF THE MEETING TO ALL BOARD MEMBERS AND POSTED ON THE PROPERTY BY LINDA HARRELL.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM 9/00: LINDA MOTIONED TO DISPENSE WITH THE READING OF THE MINUTES AND APPROVE THEM AS SUBMITTED. JOHNNY SECONDED, ALL AGREED.

7493 BORDWINE -LAWN REPLACEMENT -ERIC MOTIONED TO HAVE THE ATTORNEY PROCEED WITH OBTAINING A CONTEMPT OF COURT ORDER FOR THE LAWN NOT BEING REPLACED AS SPECIFIED BY THE COURT. LINDA SECONDED AND ALL AGREED.

7644 ELDORADO -DEBRIS/TRAILER -ERIC MOTIONED TO PROCEED WITH LEGAL ACTION AND LINDA SECONDED THE MOTION. ALL AGREED.

7600 COLEBROOK -NO ARB ON PLAY STRUCTURE/DISABLED VEHICLE -JOHNNY MOTIONED TO PROCEED WITH LEGAL ACTION DUE TO NO RESPONSE ON DEMAND LETTER FROM ATTORNEY AND LINDA SECONDED. ALL AGREED.

2651 SILVER RIDGE - JUDGMENT COLLECTION -LINDA MOTIONED TO PROCEED FORWARD WITH THE COLLECTION OF THE JUDGMENT ON THIS MATTER, ERIC SECONDED AND ALL AGREED.

2858 HICKORY CREEK -CAR REPAIRS -THE BOARD INDICATED THAT THEY WOULD MONITOR THIS RESIDENCE AND ASK FOR VERIFICATION FROM THE NEIGHBORS.

3RD VIOLATION -CERTIFIED LETTER FROM THE BOARD/AND MANAGEMENT FINAL IS LEGAL-DEMAND LETTER FROM ATTORNEY (PHOTO TAKEN)

2000 BUDGET/2001 DUES -JOHNNY MOTIONED TO APPROVE THE PROPOSED BUDGET AND INCREASE THE DUES FOR 2002 (2001 BUDGET) BY 10% ($110.00 PER LOT), ERIC SECONDED THE MOTION AND ALL AGREED.

BULLETIN BOARDS -THE BOARD DISCUSSED WHAT WOULD BE ALLOWED BY THE COUNTY DUE TO THESE BEING PLACED ON COUNTY EASEMENT AND WHAT WOULD BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE ROAD WIDENING.

NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH MEETING -11/16/00 AT THE LIBRARY

NEWSLETTER -DISCUSSION ON HAVING A COMPANY DO THE NEWSLETTER OR FORMING A COMMITTEE WITH A COMMITMENT TO GETTING A NEWSLETTER OUT WAS HEARD. IT WAS DECIDED THAT THE BOARD WITH INPUT FROM ALL BOARD MEMBERS WOULD PUT OUT A NEWSLETTER.

NEXT MEETING DATE: 1/25/01 AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE LIBRARY.
