Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting
Silver Ridge Homeowner's Association
April 25, 2002 AD
Location: Orange County Public Library, N. Hiawassee Rd. Orlando


CALL TO ORDER
Tony Green called the meeting to order at 20:23. The notice of the 
meeting (located at Hiawassee library branch) was posted at the
front entrance of the community 48 hours in advance to the meeting.

VERIFICATION OF A QUORUM
In attendance were board members Tony Greene, Matthew Steinhoff, 
Linda Harrell, Yvonne C. Sabater and Eric Oelschlager. Gary House 
was representing Penn First Management.

APPOINTMENT OF BOARD MEMEBERS
Greene -- three years
Harrell -- two years
Matt - one year

Harrell nominated Green as president. Matt seconded. Motion carries
Green nominted Sabater as vice president. Matt seconded. Motion carries.
Harrell nominated Matt as secretary. Greene seconded. Motion carries.
Green nominated Harrell as treasurer. Oelshlager seconded. Motion carries.
Greene moved to appoint Kenneth Young to the board to replace the 
resigning Oelschlager. Harrell seconded. Motion carries.

ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES
Green moved to accept the minutes February 28, 2002. Steinhoff 
seconded.  Motion carried.

FINANCIAL REPORT
The board received the financial report as prepared by Penn First 
Management.

REPORTS
Violation notices were reviewed by the board.

Greene motioned that we direct all new legal business to Matt Firestone. 
Steinhoff seconded. Motion carries; open cases where stay where they are 
but new business will be handled by Firestone.
