CALL TO ORDER
Tony Green called the meeting to order at 19:13 on May 23, 
2002 AD. The notice of the meeting (located at Hiawassee 
library branch) was posted at the front entrance of the 
community 48 hours in advance to the meeting.

VERIFICATION OF A QUORUM
In attendance were board members Tony Greene, Matthew 
Steinhoff and Yvonne C. Sabater. Linda Harrell was absent. 
Gary House was representing Penn First Management.

Larry and Janet Renner (2843 Danforth Drive) were present 
to discuss their violation notice.

ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES
Steinhoff moved to accept the minutes February 28, 2002. 
Greene seconded. Motion carries.

FINANCIAL REPORT
The board received the financial report as prepared by Penn 
First Management.

Steinhoff moves we contract Joseph R. Michalak to do an 
audit for the 13-month period ending January 31, 2002. 
Greene seconded. Motion carries.

Green motions we forgive delinquencies of $1.99 and under. 
Sabater seconded. Motion carries.

Discussion of the intent to lean letters has been tabled 
until next board meeting.

The board received the invoice from Florida Metro Turf. 
As the services were not rendered, the invoice will not 
be paid.

OLD BUSINESS
The board signed the paperwork for the Neighborhood Planning 
Grant Program.

The Neighborhood get together is still in the planning stages.

Yard of the Quarter will be determined before the next 
newsletter is published.

The board received the neighborhood violation report.

NEW BUSINESS
Florida Power and OUC seem to be billing us for the front 
island connections. Green has directed House to investigate.

House will begin to prepare the budget for August delivery.

Steinhoff will not be at the June 27, 2002 board meeting.
