Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting
Silver Ridge Homeowner's Association
Orange County Public Library, N. Hiawassee Rd. Orlando
August 22, 2002 AD

Tony Greene called the meeting to order at 19:16 on 
August 22, 2002 AD. The notice of the meeting (located 
at the Hiawassee library branch) was posted at the 
front entrance of the community 48 hours in advance to 
the meeting.

In attendance were board members Tony Greene, Matthew 
Steinhoff, Fay Lewis and Linda Harrell. Yvonne C. 
Sabater was absent. Gary House was representing Penn 
First Management. Special guest star Dorinda Howe, 
CPTED consultant for Orange County was also present.

Howe explained CPTED to the board and provided it with 
surveys to be distributed to the neighborhood. Howe 
will also need a few board members to ride through the 
neighborhood with her. Steinhoff volunteered.

Steinhoff moved to accept the minutes. Lewis seconded. 
Motion carries.

Greene tabled the budget worksheet discussion until 
we have a complete copy.

Lewis provided a report on the ACC's action and 
provided the board with a copy of their minutes.

Sarah Steinhoff is nearly done with the newsletter. 
It will be distributed in September.

Greene gave the president's report.

The board reviewed the violation list.

The trailer stuck in the Silver Ridge retention pond mud 
belongs to the landscaping crew. It has been removed.

Greene closed the meeting at 20:26.
