Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting
Silver Ridge Homeowner's Association
Orange County Public Library, N. Hiawassee Rd. Orlando
September 26, 2002 AD

Tony Greene called the meeting to order at 19:03 on 
September 26, 2002 AD. The notice of the meeting 
(located at the Hiawassee library branch) was posted 
at the front entrance of the community 48 hours in 
advance to the meeting.

In attendance were board members Tony Greene, Matthew 
Steinhoff, Fay Lewis and Yvonne C. Sabater. Linda 
Harrell was absent.

Steinhoff failed to bring a copy of the previous 
minutes. Approval of the minutes was tabled until 
next board meeting. Minutes are always available on
the Silver Ridge Homeowner's Association web site.

Green moved we accept the 2003 budget as supplied 
by Penn First. Steinhoff seconded. Motion carries.

Greene gave the president's report. Top item this 
month is to collect the CPTED form. 

ARB did not meet in the previous month. They will 
be meeting tonight.

Green will direct Penn First to monitor the 
foreclosure actions in place of the lawyer.

The Bank of Central Florida CD has been signed and 
will be returned to the bank.

FDOT says that the wall had pre-existing damage 
and have denied our claim. That is not true. We 
will appeal. 

The board did not have a violation list to review.

Steinhoff moved that we trash all records we are 
not legally required to keep. Lewis seconded. 
Motion carries.

Sarah Steinhoff turned in a receipt for reimbursement 
to cover the production of the newsletter. The total 
is $217.30.

Greene closed the meeting at 20:27.
