Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting Silver Ridge Homeowner's Association Orange County Public Library, N. Hiawassee Rd. Orlando October 24, 2002 AD Matthew Steinhoff called the meeting to order at 19:13 on October 24, 2002 AD. The notice of the meeting (located at the Hiawassee library branch) was posted at the front entrance of the community 48 hours in advance to the meeting. In attendance were board members Matthew Steinhoff, Fay Lewis, Yvonne C. Sabater and Linda Harrell. Tony Greene was absent. Gary House and Colman McKenna from Penn First were in attendance. Steinhoff moved to accept the minutes. Harrell seconded. Motion carries. Most of the board received a copy of the financials as proveded by Penn First. Sabater and Lewis didn't get a copy by mail. House will make sure he has their correct postal address. Steinhoff moved we deposit $9,577 (plus or minus interest) in a CD for six months at Liberty National Bank. Sabater seconded. Motion carries. Penn First presented a list of delinquent accounts to the board. Lewis motions to send a second batch of demand letters. Steinhoff seconded. Motion carried. Harrell motioned that we accept a payment plan of $50 a month on lot 1255 at the owner's request. Steinhoff seconded. Sabater voted against the motion. Motion carries. Harrell motioned we write off 124.17 on lot 3055 because of foreclosure of property. Sabater seconded. Motion carries. Steinhoff motioned we don't have the attorney monitor the foreclosure involving lot 2111 which owes $151.61. Lewis seconded. Motion carries. ACC didn't receive any requests in October. They will be reviewing policies and procedures. ACC will come up with a yard of the quarter. Newsletter articles for the fourth quarter will be needed by November 16. Any discussions of Luminaries will have to go in this issue. Greene was not present so no president's report was presented. McKenna discussed his role in our organization and presented the violation report to the board and explained the format. Steinhoff motioned that we have Firestone start drafting the five CC&R amendments. Harrell seconded. Motion carries. Steinhoff closed the meeting at 20:11.
