Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting
Silver Ridge Homeowner's Association
Orange County Public Library, N. Hiawassee Rd. Orlando
November 21, 20021 AD

Tony Greene called the meeting to order at 19:13 on 
November 21, 2002 AD. The notice of the meeting (located 
at the Hiawassee library branch) was posted at the front 
entrance of the community 48 hours in advance to the meeting.

In attendance were board members Tony Green, Matthew 
Steinhoff and Fay Lewis. Yvonne C. Sabater and Linda 
Harrell are absent.

Greene moved to accept the minutes. Lewis seconded. 
Motion carries.

The board received the financial report as prepared by 
Penn First Management.

Lewis presented a copy of the ACC minutes to the board. 
The ACC will be picking the yard of the quarter soon. 
The new home improvement request form will be put online 
and sent to Penn First.

The newsletter will be completed this weekend for 
mailing in November.

Greene presented the president's issues and action 
report to the board.

The board received the requested amendments to the 
CC&Rs. No action will be taken on them until January 
since proxies are only valid for 90 days.

March 27, 2003 will be the annual membership meeting.

This year, luminaries will be provided to everyone on 
Silver Ridge automatically. All other residents will 
need to contact the board to get their luminaries.

Greene closed the meeting at 20:49.
