Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting
Silver Ridge Homeowner's Association
Orange County Public Library, N. Hiawassee Rd. Orlando
December 19, 20021 AD

Tony Greene called the meeting to order at 19:34 on 
December 19, 2002 AD. The notice of the meeting 
(located at the Hiawassee library branch) was posted 
at the front entrance of the community 48 hours in 
advance to the meeting.

In attendance were board members Tony Green, Matthew 
Steinhoff, Linda Harrell and Fay Lewis. Yvonne C. 
Sabater was absent. Colman McKenna of Penn First  
was in attendance.

Harrell moved to accept the minutes. Steinhoff seconded. 
Motion carries.

The board received the financial report as prepared by 
Penn First Management. We're under budget for the year 
by more than 15%.

The board received the delinquency report as prepared 
by Penn First Management. 

Lewis had no report from last month's ACC meeting since 
no official business was conducted.

Greene presented the president's issues and action 
report to the board. The two top projects for 2003 are 
rebuilding the front entrance and cleaning up the 
retention pond. Luminaries will be distributed from 
ten to two on Saturday, December 21, 2002.

Steinhoff motioned that we stop the clock on 7643 
Warden Drive until March 1, 2002 since the owner just 
moved in this month and there were several violations 
in place prior to the owner moving in. This is 
contingent on the house actually being purchased on 
November 12, 2002. Greene seconded. Motion carries.

Harrell resigned her position. 

Tony Greene appointed Emily Pierson to the board to 
fill the empty space.

Greene closed the meeting at 20:19.
