Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting
Silver Ridge Homeowner's Association
Orange County Public Library, N. Hiawassee Rd. Orlando
January 23, 2003 AD

Tony Greene called the meeting to order at 19:09 on 
January 23, 2003 AD. The notice of the meeting (located 
at the Hiawassee library branch) was posted at the 
front entrance of the community 48 hours in advance to 
the meeting.

In attendance were board members Tony Green, Matthew 
Steinhoff and Emily Pierson. Yvonne C. Sabater and was 
absent. Colman McKenna was also in attendance.

Greene moved to accept the minutes. Pierson seconded. 
Motion carries.

The board received the financial report as prepared by 
Penn First Management.

There were no updates from the ACC.

Sarah Steinhoff, Newsletter Editor, presented the board 
receipts for $327.57 from the fourth quarter mailing. 
She is still working on moving away from first class 
mailing and toward bulk mail. The next newsletter is 
scheduled for March 1, 2003.

Greene presented the president's issues and action 
report to the board.

Greene motioned that we accept the terms of the Penn 
First management agreement. This agreement will cover 
the next three years. Steinhoff seconded. Motion carries.

Steinhoff motioned that we accept the bid by Richart 
Landscaping and Irrigation Company for maintaining our 
landscaping and retention ponds. Greene seconded. 
Motion carries.

Steinhoff discussed the amendments to the Silver Ridge 
CC&Rs. The board would like to see a mailing about the 
amendments go out the first week of February along with 
the proxies. Greene will work with Penn First to get a 
sample of the mailing to the board the last week of January.

Greene closed the meeting at 19:31.
