Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting

April 10, 2003 AD

Tony Greene called the meeting to order at 19:00 on 
April 10, 2003 AD. The notice of the meeting (located 
at the Hiawassee library branch) was posted at the 
front entrance of the community 48 hours in advance 
to the meeting.

In attendance were board members Tony Green, Matthew 
Steinhoff and Fay Lewis. Emily Pierson and Yvonne C. 
Sabater were absent.

Tony Green motioned to apply for the $4750 Neighborhood 
Enhancement Grant which requires a $250 match from us. 
Steinhoff seconded. Motion carries.

Greene closed the meeting at 19:02.
