Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting
Silver Ridge Homeowner's Association
Orange County Public Library, N. Hiawassee Rd. Orlando
May 22, 2002 AD

Tony Greene called the meeting to order at 19:56 on 
May 22, 2003 AD. The notice of the meeting (located 
at the Hiawassee library branch) was mailed to all 
residents weeks in advance to the meeting.

In attendance were board members Tony Green, Matthew 
Steinhoff and Fay Lewis. Emily Pierson and Yvonne C. 
Sabater were absent. David Smith representing Penn
First Management was also present.

David Smith presented his property management report...

 * there were 59 pages of violations; 25 people had 
   corrected problems; 25 more door knockers given. 
 * two contractors visited the front entrance area; 
   both recommended an architect design the front signs
 * asked landscaper to cut trees in smaller pond (Dansforth)
 * big pond needs to be bush hogged
 * twenty-seven people are behind on their dues

Greene closed the meeting at 20:26.
